Tatsuya Imamura is a Japanese lawyer, admitted to practice in Japan in 2012 and New York in 2020.
His practical experiences include Domestic and cross border M&A, US IPO/capital markets, commercial dispute resolution as well as various technology-related industries of crypto-assets and derivatives, IaaS/Paas/Saas. Other than those transactional and corporate matters, Imamura has advised clients on fund formation practice and real estate transactions.
Received Bachelor degree at Chuo University in 2011 and Master degree at University of California, Berkeley.
